Certified Personal Trainer, Pure Movement Fitness
Devin's philosophy is that life is meant to be lived and enjoyed; just getting by is not really living. Devin has been teaching his clients how they can live their best life for over eight years. He looks at key factors in his clients' lives and helps them to make small changes to create massive results that change their lives now and well into the future. He helps find ways to help in reducing pain, losing weight or building strength.
His training techniques are tailored to the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) standards, which show that the body works best when it is in alignment. Devin says, "Pain, discomfort, and sensitivity are all ways the body is telling you something is not working optimally. Addressing movement flaws and muscle imbalance, a lot of time we find this is enough to make the pain go away! This is exactly my approach when working with clients. We find the pattern or habit that is causing the body to react in the way that it is. Once we understand what is going on we can then address the cause of the problem and not just put a band-aid on it and hope it never comes back. This how you begin to take steps towards living the life you want."
